MAYANG FOKOU Pascal Yvon has rapidly established himself as a promising leader in Africa’s information technology and telecommunications sector. Yvan ANGO’s story at RSI is one of meteoric rise and exemplary success. He joined the station in 2013 as a trainee, with a determination and talent that leave no one indifferent. His skills and passion for sport quickly earned him a privileged position at this specialist radio station. In August 2021, RSI’s Board of Directors recognised his dedication by appointing him Head of Channel. Prior to this promotion, he had already proved his worth as Programme Director, a role in which he excelled at managing and creating content.

His versatility extends beyond the radio studio. Yvan ANGO is also the face and voice of @adsmag1990, a captivating radio programme that he brilliantly produces and hosts. His expertise and know-how have also enabled him to take the helm of @adsprod1, a company that testifies to his mastery of the nuts and bolts of media production. 

Educated at LaSalle College in Tunis, where he obtained a degree in communication and media in 2014, Yvan ANGO combines a solid academic foundation with unrivalled field experience. His background is a source of inspiration for many young journalists and media professionals. He has forged a name for himself thanks to his sharp sense of sports analysis and undeniable charisma behind the microphone.

Today, as Head of Channel at RSI, Yvan ANGO embodies the new generation of media leaders in Cameroon. He continues to write his own story, flying the flag for sports journalism with rigour, passion and boundless energy. A model of success who continues to climb the ladder.
