This project is driven by three key objectives. Firstly, foster collaboration and engage stakeholders around the concept of power. Secondly, collect and integrate the contributions of these stakeholders. Lastly, derive and formalize a regional power strategy that can be promptly implemented at both sectoral and national levels, and made readily accessible to relevant authorities.
