Cameroon possesses numerous valuable assets across various sectors. To pursue continental leadership, it is crucial to identify and harness these assets, while ensuring they are effectively directed by the strategic State. The aim of this project is to establish the necessary framework and create a conducive environment to lay the foundations and define the key components of such a strategy.
