MAYANG FOKOU Pascal Yvon has rapidly established himself as a promising leader in Africa’s information technology and telecommunications sector. Currently Country Manager for Global Voice Group in Rwanda, Pascal Yvon is responsible for managing the International Gateway Traffic Verification System (IGTVS) for Rwanda’s Public Services Regulatory Authority. In this strategic role, he oversees cutting-edge technological solutions in areas such as voice traffic monitoring, data monitoring and telecoms fraud management.

Prior to his current role, Pascal Yvon worked his way up within Global Voice Group from Junior Project Operations Manager to Project Manager Revenue Assurance, demonstrating his ability to take on increasing responsibility. His experience includes the management of major projects such as the implementation of the E-Levy management system in Ghana, a crucial initiative for the collection of tax revenues from electronic transactions. 

In addition to his technical skills, Pascal Yvon stands out for his ability to work effectively with regulatory authorities, telecoms operators and technical teams. His role as interface between Global Voice Group and regulators such as RURA in Rwanda illustrates his communication and diplomatic skills.
